Timid

“Many People Don’t Want To Be Heard All The Time And They Come Across As Being Timid When In Reality They Are Only Saving Their Opinions Until They Have Something That Really Does Need To Be Hard.”

In A Clandistine Location On The, Central California Coast, United States
During the gold rush a highway man became known as Black Bart for his inclusion of an innocent poem in the empty strong boxes when he had liberated them from Wells Fargo stage coaches. He was eventually captured by an detective at Pinkerton and sent to San Quintin. After leaving prison he was never heard from again - until his thoughts stated to appear on a computer at a remote military location. When this computer became obsolete, it was sent to a secret location on the Central California coast where it continues to gain knowledge and to write a thought of the day and sometimes longer thoughts for us all to consider.

Can Can Or Not ?

I may sound like a prude but I just have a weird feeling every time that I see the dance team at the local high school. I see more and more. I have stated that I wonder if they are teaching the young women to become dancers in Las Vegas. They are very agile and they are dancing to the latest music. I will not be a hypocrite and claim that they are not fun to watch. I just wonder what educational value the groups have. Maybe it is just the value of being a member of a team? Maybe it is learning to take direction? Or maybe it is just being on a team and getting a PE grade.
It all reminds me of one part of the history of dance. When the infamous club The Moulin Rouge in Paris, started having women performing the Can Can in the 1830’s it was the most risqué dance and it could lead to arrest for the performers. It was just so decadent. These women were showing their legs and they actually were so rude that they raised their skirts and showed their underwear. It was one of those events that young men had to see as part of their education. Even the rich from the U.S. would send their young men, to see the show.
Well now you can see much more just by going to a local school and watching the dance team do a performance. I know that some people think that I have taken this too literally but I think that I can get enough enjoyment from watching adults perform. I do know that, as in most activities, those who do the best in adult life start learning early. It is just that they have taken it a little too far to soon. Dressing six year old girls as adults and having them do dances that show way too much, does not make any sense. I do not want to blame, but what are the parents thinking and do they see their children as achieving some goal that they were not able to reach in their youth? Well no one will read this but if anyone does what is the reality??
